N服被盗账号转移恢复办法

亲爱的玩家：


我非常遗憾的得知有一部分玩家的账号被盗。我们一再强调不要与别人共享你的账号，就算是你的猫也不行。每当你决定创建一个私人的重要的账号时，请使用新的密码。如果你因为令牌已被使用而不能转移你的角色，我们或许可以提供帮助。我们需要你提供足够的证据来证明你是账号的真正的持有人。证据越多，你账号恢复的几率就越大，具体如下：


认可的证据：
1.进行游戏时的视屏，或与其相关联的视屏。
2.不同等级的截图。
3.申请账号时的原始数据。
4.账号违反游戏条例的历史信息。
5.游戏时间。
6.账号人物描述：种族、职业、等级、公会名称、好友列表清单、包裹内物品、等等。
7.在N服注册账号时的原始邮件。


不被认可的证据：


1.由朋友、家人、宠物、本地邮件服务商、名人、神仙（好吧，开玩笑）、或者其它来源提供的手写或者口头证据。

Transfer Stolen Accounts: Recover Process
Dear community,

We are sorry to see that some of you have lost your accounts to theft. We cannot stress enough the importance of NEVER sharing your credentials with anyone, not even your cat. You should use new credentials for ANY private server project you decide to join. If you were unable to transfer your account due to the token already being used, we may be able to help. In order to do so, we need you to provide us with undeniable evidence that you are the proper owner. The more you provide, the easier (and more likely) it will be for us to recover your account. Here are some examples of what you can provide us:
Stream VoD of you playing on the account, or connecting to it.
Screenshots of you leveling.
Date of original account creation.
Your account’s history of infractions.
Your /played time.
Characters on the account and descriptions: Race, class, level, guild name, friends list, items in bags, etc.
Access to the ORIGINAL e-mail that the account was created with on Nostalrius.

The kind of evidence we will not be accepting: Any verbal or written testimony from friends, family, pets, local mail carriers, celebrities, deities (well, maybe), or any other source.

If you wish for us to review your case, please collect all of the above information into a single thread, and post it (here)[https://forum.elysium-project.org/index.php?showforum=320]. In this forum subsection, only you and the administration can see the contents of your post. If you post it somewhere else, all of your personal information will be public, so please be sure you put it in the correct spot. Additionally, please be aware that just because you provide us with this information, that does not mean you are guaranteed to get your account back. We will review every case, but if we cannot prove beyond a shadow of a doubt you are the original owner, nothing can be done.
